After the inspection PCT
will spend several weeks compiling a CD report containing each
loss or defect, how severe the problem is and how much it is
costing you in profit loss. Each report comes complete with a
description of the defect, associated problems, recommendations
and a digital photo pinpointing the defect. The CD report is
compiled in an easy to read interactive format to track work
progress.
This inspection is not
for the faint of heart. These inspections will uncover so many
defects within your facility, that PCT will only administer the
inspections twice yearly. Any more often and your maintenance team
would be overwhelmed with reports and defects.
